Your Furious Charges to keep up Band of Might can refill your Fury if it starts to drop (you can use the Rune that gives 3 charges if you want), but with enough RCR, the Windshear Rune, Berserker, and adequate density, you shouldn't run out of Fury. Wrath of Berserker should be up all the time if you're using appropriate CDR, which will also help Fury generation. Threatening Shout can also add some Fury and damage mitigation. To start, Furious Charge in, both to generate some initial Fury, and to proc Band of Might. Don't WW until you're actively engaged with enemies. (3) Your rotation matters a lot with this build. Since you're already (hopefully) running the sanctified item with the WW power, you don't need Hurricane to pull enemies, and you don't rely on WW for damage, so take the rune that gives increased Fury generation. But once you start pushing higher, these weapons will not be as effective as other options (In-Geom, Echoing Fury, Ambo's, etc). These should probably be your default for T16 and potentially even for GR speedruns depending on your other equipment and paragon, etc. (1) You can use the BK weapons, which will solve all Fury problems and make you move faster.
The Stomp Whirlwind Barbarian is a close-combat build based on permanent movement and constant damage output.
